Opportunities in our communities to serve others

Our local and professional communities have enriched our lives in countless ways. On behalf of so many who have contributed to our success and inspired us to make a selfless difference in the world, we appreciate opportunities to give back to our community. Below are a few of the events and organizations that we have been privileged to serve as part of our way to give back to the communities we value.

	Splore is a Utah based non-profit organization that promotes empowering experiences in an active friendly world through affordable, customized, inclusive recreation and education programs for people of all abilities. 1% of all revenues from WaterGuard support SPLORE.
	At Emmaus Homes, adults with developmental disabilities find the services, support and care they need to reach their highest potential. Recently, Data-Systems International was honored to be a sponsor for Emmaus Homes’ 2010 Open Your Heart Hau’ Oli Luau.
	Each year, NTEN puts on a conference to bring nonprofit and technology professionals together. We were fortunate enough to be a Silver Sponsor for the event in 2010.
	For over 100 years, the Utah Food Bank has stayed true to its mission of serving the state’s needy population. They work tirelessly with community partners and volunteers to continue making an impact.
	Prison Fellowship (PF) is an organization that, through the teachings of Jesus Christ, is dedicated to helping prisoners and ex-prisoners get their lives back on track and restoring peace to our cities and communities endangered by crime. Their Transformational Ministry—a coordinated effort of values-based reentry programs and services developed by and affiliated with Prison Fellowship—is proving that prisoners can get out and stay out.
	Texas Homeless Network (THN) is a non-profit membership-based organization helping Texas communities end homelessness. They provide training and technical assistance around the state of Texas helping service providers and communities better serve the homeless population with the end goal of preventing homelessness.
